Prize Haiku: "Holiday decorations...." A scene of holiday cheer is realized by this poet, recording the images in a moment of joy. The breeze from the pine tree is jaxtaposed against the decorations a fine connection between the natural word and the human world. "Once she open…" The truth in this haiku is simple and beautiful. Outstanding clarity and perception.
"Arrow in the sky..." the image of the "arrow" of geese in the sky is strong. Captured a seasonal activity by turning a gaze skyward.

JAL賞作品：「にぎやかなクリスマス飾り」の句は、楽しい瞬間の印象を捉えることで休日を歓迎する気持ちを表現しています。松風をクリスマス飾りと並べることで、自然と人工物の間の接点を上手に詠んでいます。
「それが」の句はシンプルで美しい真実を表現しています。明快で直観的な優れた句です。
「空の矢」の句では、空を飛ぶ雁を「矢」のイメージで捉えていて力強い句です。空へ視線を向けることで季節の動きを捉えました。
