Study Program for Students Overseas(Internship)

Since 1990, as part of its international exchange program, the JAL Foundation has been accepting and supporting university students studying Japanese language and culture at overseas universities as trainees.
As JAL Foundation staff, the trainees experience working at a Japanese company, improve their Japanese language skills, and deepen their understanding of Japanese society and are striving for international understanding.
In order to contribute to the international understanding of many people, we publish the experience reports of trainees written in Japanese from a foreigner's point of view.
